CarbonAi is excited to announce that energy business executive Bob Pritchard has joined
CarbonAi’s Advisory Board.

Bob has over 40 years of experience in the energy sector, most recently as a founder and
executive of Wolf Midstream, a Canadian energy infrastructure development company and a
leader in the Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage space. Prior to Wolf, Bob was a founder and
executive of Mistral, a private midstream company that was an early champion of waste heat-to-
power projects. Prior to Mistral, Bob was an executive with Taylor, a public partnership that owned
and operated assets in the Canadian midstream sector.

He has a proven track record in running successful enterprises in the Canadian oil and gas and
energy sector. Mr. Pritchard will provide growth and financing advisory support in CarbonAi’s
international GHG mitigation project portfolio. “Mr. Pritchard brings a wealth of knowledge and
experience to our team and we are excited to have him on our Advisory Board. We are looking
forward to working with Bob on the growth of CarbonAi. Bob’s executive experience will help

Mr. Pritchard holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Queens University where he
graduated in 1980. He holds a professional engineering designation in the province of Alberta.
