CarbonAi is excited to announce the appointment of Braydon Boulanger to its Advisory Board. Braydon has worked directly in carbon policy, trading and origination for the last decade. Currently, he manages the North American carbon portfolio and environmental products trading for a Calgary-based independent power producer. Prior to that, Braydon worked in a variety of roles evaluating emission reduction projects, carbon financing opportunities and carbon abatement technologies. Braydon will act as a commercial advisor for CarbonAi’s methane reduction projects in the Middle East and North Africa.
Calgary-based CarbonAi provides a suite of software tools to help companies identify, track and reduce their methane emissions. These tools also support the quantification, verification and monetization of carbon credits that result from those reductions. “Braydon’s first-hand experience and in-depth knowledge will be critical for CarbonAi as we scale out our business monetizing international carbon offset projects,” said Yvan Champagne, CarbonAi’s Chief Carbon Officer.
Mr. Boulanger holds Bachelor of Arts, from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science, in Sustainable Energy Development from the University of Calgary.
